Hi,

Good day! thank you for getting back to us. Upon looking at the data that you sent to me I see that the affected email address are third party domain. I would like to suggest to contact the provider or the user that they need to contact their support since they are unable to receive a specific email. With our further investigation since there is a specific user is affected, there is a possibility that these users are blocking your email or land in junk, another possibility that their provider is blocking your email.

If you have concerns or require assistance in the future troubleshooting your Outlook.com after successfully signing-in, please do not hesitate to contact us again.
